MY FATHER by GY-P-14a,\j c
Unfeatinately we only seem to reflect on a person's life only after they have
passed away. This is my reflection of my father.
Mr. Robert C. Hayes was, and still is a very unique individual. He
possessed many great qualities with the ones that were not his most shining.
In reviewing the past years he had some basic "life. rules" that he followed.
He did not preach these rules to anyone directly. However through his
actions he educated many people on his way of life.
Family is the most important thing in anyone's fife. Family comes first. lie
defended his family to anyone who questioned or criticized then. He did
not question whether you were right or wrong. He only cared what you
thought on the issue. His family extended to his cl,-s, friends. He showed
his friends and family extreme -respect, honesty, and Integrity.
My father would not take on any project unless he could devote t 1-0% effort
1.00% of the time. He has many examples of this throughout his life. He
never did an-vthin-f-, half-heartedly or cut comers on his projects. l4c, took
extreme pride iri hisworkand enjoyed the time tie speia on them.
The, that: rfly father did the 1--)esl.- was to live 1 is 1'f- to trie

Essentially my faffier was a g-treat leader, con-imunicatoi-, j tid ec uc-,;-dor. He
taught me, many different things about life. He educated others and me in
many different ways. He had an audience and used :-Tiany different forms of
communication to reach out. If you only read I of the tOOO e-r,,"Ialls he sent
you then he accomplished his goal. Looking deep into n-ty fathcr's life I see
his greatest asset was that he was a role model. =i hope to instill Into 11-t"'Y'
family and myself some of these qualities that lie has taught mt
Commonly, reflecting back at so,.neone's live makf,ls you sa.d. ILI, Aer
