Attached to this report are the rankings provided by the City Council for the 2006
Strategic Plan/Key Financial Strategies issues. Issues in each category have been
sorted with the highest ranking topic listed first.
Traditionally, the City Council has chosen to focus on issues that have a ranking
of two or lower. Once staff receives confirmation that hese are the items the City
Council wishes to focus on, a final Key Financial Stra ies plan will be
developed.
