96-103DATE: MOTION BY: CITY OF CHANHASSEN CARVER AND HENNEPIN COUNTIES, MINNESOTA November 25~ 1996 RESOLUTION NO: 96-103 Berquist SECONDED BY: Senn A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 FOR LYMAN BOULEVARD, PROJECT NO. 93-32B WHEREAS, on October 9, 1995, the City Council awarded the bid for the above mentioned project with Change Order No. 1 being approved on February 26, 1996; and WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 consists of four primary elements as follows: 1. Lower watermain at T.H. 101 and Lyman Boulevard. 2. Change in outlet structure. 3. Excavating drain tile and pumping pond along Lyman Boulevard. 4. Addition of storm sewer through the Sunny Slope area. WHEREAS, the total of Change Order No. 2 is $37,228.33, with $14,418.17 to be reimbursed by the developer of the Fawn Hill development. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Chanhassen City Council hereby approves Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $37,228.33, yielding a revised contract amount of $2,498,386.38 for the Lyman Boulevard and Lake Riley Area Trunk Utility Improvement Project No. 93-32B Passed and adopted by the Chanhassen City Council this 25th day of November, 1996.
