95-120 CITY OF CHANHASSEN CARVER AND HENNEPIN COUNTIES, MINNESOTA DA TE: November 13, ~995 RESOLUTION NO: 95-~20 MOTION BY: Berquist SECONDED BY: Dockendorf A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR PHASE II OF TRUNK HIGHWAY 5 SOUTH FRONTAGE ROAD (COULTER BOULEVARD FROM ~600 FEET EAST OF GALPIN BOULEVARD TO EXISTING COULTER BOULEVARD) PROJECT NO. 93-26B WHEREAS, the City has received petitions for the above mentioned public improvement project from four property owners amassing more than 120 acres in the southwest quadrant of Section 10 and north half of Section 15; and WHEREAS, petitions submitted requests the remaining segment of Coulter Boulevard between Phase I and the existing segment adjacent to Pillsbury constructed to an urban roadway section with municipal utilities. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Chanhassen City Council hereby authorizes Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associated to prepare a feasibility report, EA W, project memorandum, soil investigation, and survey work for the Coulter Boulevard Phase II Road and Utility Improvement Project No. 93-26B, with a not-to- exceed amount of $41,000, conditioned upon the petitioning property owners securing the cost of the feasibility study on a pro-rated share, based on the acreage owned, as described below: 1. Bluff Creek Partners $11,000 2. Heritage Development of Minnesota, Inc. $15, 000 3. Hi-Way 5 Partnership $12, 000 4. Dr. Lars T.
