Accept Utility Improvements in Lake Susan Hills Townhomes 1st and 2nd
Additions - Project No. 96-18
Staff has received a letter from Martin Campion, Project Engineer with Otto and Associates, Inc.
requesting the City consider acceptance of the utility improvements in the above-referenced project.
According to Mr. Campion, the public utility improvements have been completed in conformance with
the approved plans and specifications. City staff performed a walk-through inspection of the project
and found the project is in satisfactory condition.
It is therefore recommended that the City Council accept the public utility improvements in Lake Susan
Hills Townhomes 1st and 2nd Additions, Project No. 96-18, for perpetual maintenance and
ownership conditioned upon the developer and/or contractor supplying the City with an acceptable
maintenance bond for two years from the date of acceptance.
