Change City Hall Address
Due to numerous complaints from individuals trying to find the Chanhassen Recreation Center
and Bluff Creek Elementary school, staff would propose changing the street name in front of City
Hall from Coulter Drive to City Center Drive or City Center Plaza.
Staff has also contacted the Post Office to find out if we can use up our letterhead/envelopes on
hand if we go ahead with the street name change. They stated that they would ensure that the
mail would be received with either of the two addresses.
Recommendation
Staff would recommend changing Coulter Drive to anyone of the suggestions listed above.
