93-100 CITY OF CHANHASSEN CARVER AND HENNEPLN COUNTIES, MINNESOTA DATE: October 11, 1993 RESOLUTION NO: 93-100 MOTION BY: Dockendorf SECONDED BY: Mason A RESOLUTION APPROVING A METES AND BOUNDS SUBDIVISION, DAN AND ROBIN EDMUNDS, 1861 SUN RIDGE COURT WHEREAS, Dan and Robin Edmunds are requesting to subdivide their property located at 1861 Sun Ridge Court by metes and bounds into two parcels--one parcel being 4.355 acres and the remaining parcel being 2.52 acres. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Chanhassen City Council hereby approves the metes and bounds subdivision of the Edmunds property as legally described on the attached Exhibit A, conditioned upon this property being connected to City sewer and water. Passed and adopted by the Chanhassen City Council this 1 l th day of October, 1993.
