A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR WELL NO.9,
PROJECT NO. 03-09 AND AUTHORIZING ADVERTISEMENT OF BIDS
WHEREAS, on July 14,2003, the City Council approved a construction contract with
Keys Well Drilling for Well No.9; and
WHEREAS, City staff held a neighborhood meeting to receive input on this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Chanhassen City Council hereby
approves the plans and specifications prepared by Bolton & Menk and authorizes the advertisement
of bids for the construction of Well No.9, Project 03-02.
Passed and adopted by the Chanhassen City Council this 22nd day of March 2004.
