With the growth m the southwest quadrant of the metropolitan area the City contracted with the McComb Group, Ltd. to conduct a market study to determine demand for retail space in Chanhassen. There will be additional commercial development in the next twenty years but it will be developed as a support use to a PUD or a mixed-use development.
