A RESOLUTION V ACA TING SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT WITHIN 125
LAKEVIEW ROAD (LAKESIDE DEVELOPMENT)
PLANNING CASE FILE NO. 06-26
WHEREAS, the City of Chanhassen is requesting to vacate the sanitary sewer easement
within 125 Lakeview Road East (Lakeside Development); and
WHEREAS, the existing sanitary sewer easement was acquired by the City on March 12,
1979; and
WHEREAS, the Lakeside final plat was approved by the City Council on October 23,
2006.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Chanhassen City Council hereby
approves vacating the sanitary sewer easement within 125 Lakeview Road (Lakeside development)
as defined on the attached vacation description.
Passed and adopted by the Chanhassen City Council this 27th day of November, 2006.

of Section 24, Township 116, Range 23, together with that part ofthe Southeast Quarter
of the Southeast Quarter of Section 13, Township 116, Range 23, which lies East of a line
drawn 641.67 feet West of, measured at a right angle to and parallel with the East line of
the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 24, Township 116, Range
23 and its extensions.
