1. Permit. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the City of Chanhassen hereby
grants the following variance:
The Chanhassen Board of Appeals and Adjustments approves a variance to permit the
applicant to consffuct a six-foot privacy fence within the front yard setback along Erie
Avenue, subject to the conditions of approval,

point where the East line of the saidVa % intersects the North line of St. Aloys Sfteet; thence
West along said North line 184.0 feet to the actual point of begi*irg; thence continuing West
along said North lne 122.9 feet to its intersection with the Southeasterly line of St. Joseph
Street; thence Northeasterly along said Southeasterly line of 160 feet; thence Southeasterly at
right angles 25.0 feet to the intersection with a line drawn parallel to and 184.0 feet West of the
East line of said YaY+;thence South along aide parallel line 105.45 feet to the point of beginning,
Cawer County, Minnesota.
3. Conditions. The variance approval is subject to the following conditions:
L A zoning permit must be obtained before beginning any construction.
2. The location of the fence must be as shown on the survey subrnitted to the City on
March 17,2022 as part of variance application, Planning Case No. 2022-05.
4. Lnpse. If within one (l) year of the issuance ofthis variance the allowed constuction has not
been zubstantially completed, this variance shall lapse.
