A RESOLUTION VACATING ALL PUBLIC DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS
IN PINEHURST 2" ADDITION — PLANNING CASE FILE NO.06-07
WHEREAS, the City received a request from Lennar Corporation (Lundgren Bros.
Construction, Inc.), representing the Pinehurst subdivision, to vacate all public drainage and utility
easements on the underlying parcels of property within the plat of Pinehurst 2"d Addition; and
WHEREAS, the existing public drainage and utility easements were granted to the City as
part of the Pinehurst plat in 2005; and
WHEREAS, the Pinehurst 2"d Addition plat was approved by the City Council on February
27, 2006.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Chanhassen City Council hereby
approves vacating the existing public drainage and utility easements as defined on the attached
vacation description.
Passed and adopted by the Chanhassen City Council this 274' day of February, 2006.

A RESOLUTION VACATING ALL PUBLIC DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS
IN PINEHURST 2No ADDITION — PLANNING CASE FILE NO.06-07
WHEREAS, the City received a request from Lennar Corporation (Lundgren Bros.
Construction, Inc.), representing the Pinehurst subdivision, to vacate all public drainage and utility
easements on the underlying parcels of property within the plat of Pinehurst 2°d Addition; and
WHEREAS, the existing public drainage and utility easements were granted to the City as
part of the Pinehurst plat in 2005; and
WHEREAS, the Pinehurst 2°d Addition plat was approved by the City Council on
February 27, 2006.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Chanhassen City Council hereby
vacates the existing public drainage and utility easements as defined on the attached vacation
description.

CITY OF CHANHASSEN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen City Council will hold a public
hearing on Monday, February 27, 2005, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Boulevard. The purpose of this hearing is to consider the request of
Lennar Corporation/Lundgren Bros. Construction for the vacation of all public draina�e and
utility easements on the underlying parcels of property within the plat of Pinehurst 2n Addition.
A legal description and drawing of the proposed vacation area are available for public
review at City Hall during regular business hours.
All interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions
with respect to this proposal.
