Re: City of Chanhassen 2040 Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map – Amendment Request
Dear Maria Mancilla Diaz, Chief Executive Officer:
There has been a request for the City of Chanhassen to consider an amendment to the 2040
Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map for property guided as Residential Large Lot (2.5 acre minimum lot)
to Residential Low Density (1.2 – 4.0 units per acre). The property is located on Crimson Bay Road.
Please review the proposed amendment to the 2040 Comprehensive Plan for the City of Chanhassen, which
can be found online at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/CompPlanAmendment and provide any comments as soon
as possible but no later than July 22, 2023.
