SEQUENCE OF EROSION CONTROL CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES:
1. Installation of silt fence or bio-rolls prior to any
construction activity.
2. Installation of rock construction entrance prior to any
construction activity.
3. The site shall be re -vegetated within 48 hours of final
grading.
4. Install landscaping as per landscape plan.
EROSION CONTROL MEASURES:
All best management practices (BMPs) determined by the
Engineer to be effective are available to use on the site.
BPMs anticipated to be used on the Project include the
following:
- Silt Fence
- Temporary Rock Construction Site Entrance Pad
- Concrete Mixing/Washout Basins shall be taken offsite
- Final Landscaping with Seed, Fertilizer, Topsoil or Sod
- Street Sweeping
INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE
The Contractor is responsible for providing, maintaining and
removing all Erosion Control BMPs, as set forth above, which
includes all materials, equipment and labor.

GENERAL NOTES:
1. No concrete washout on -site.
2. Perform dewatering activities into temporary dewatering
basin. Do not dewater into sanitary sewer service or
into curb & gutter.
3. Stabilize lawn area immediately after mass grading
activities are complete with sod or disc anchored
MnDOT type 1 mulch (This work will need to be
completed before the main structure is erected). Sod
or seed buffer areas as soon as construction activities
allow. During winter construction, spread mulch and
spray with water to freeze to ground. Seed and disc
anchor new mulch in spring or sod.
4. Do not stockpile granular materials within street
right-of-way.
5. Protect downstream street catch basins from sediment.
6. A hazardous material spill kit must always be available
on -site.
