NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2015-14
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, June 16, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for a Variance to
the Shoreland Protection Setback to construct a detached garage on property zoned Single Family
Residential (RSF) and located at 3603 Red Cedar Point Road (Lot 1, Block 4, Red Cedar Point Lake
Minnewashta). Applicant/Owner: Kellie Geiger.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City’s web site
at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2015-14 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All interested
persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to this proposal.
