PART I: 1:00 P.M. - CALL TO ORDER
Take attendance for the record and establishing a quorum (50% attendance of all
members).
PART II: 1:05 P.M. – REVIEW OF ACTION ITEMS FROM PREVIOUS MEETINGS
Review minutes and any items requiring follow-up from the previous regular meeting of
TSC.
1. S.A.F.E. Crosswalk Policy – allow time to discuss progress of the crosswalk policy
and review the previous meeting’s discussions regarding thresholds for
instituting uncontrolled crosswalk improvements.
PART III: 1:50 P.M. – BUSINESS & INFORMATION
1. July 26th City Council Work Sessions: discuss upcoming Council work session –
power point creation, TSC achievements and milestones, attendance, etc.
2. Review of Cases: review cases and assess.
PART IV: 2:20 P.M. – MEMBER COMMENT
An opportunity for each member to discuss any topic within the scope of the TSC that
was not on ‘Business & Information’.
PART V: 2:30 P.M. – ADJOURNMENT
Future Items: CTS Study #2020-13 (Pedestrian Activated Crossing Assessment); speed trailer deployment;
how/why/where of traffic sign placement...
