The regular meetinrr. of the Park and Recreation r.ommission was
called to order by Chairman Joe Betz on April 20, 1976 at 8:15.
The following members were present: Joe Betz, Ron Berg, Pat
Boyle, and Margaret Thompson. Denis Stedman was absent. Also
uresent was John Englehart, and Brenda Urke from Community schools,
~ark Geyer for Picnic In The Park, and Phyljs Pope, and Lois White.
Minutes A motion was made by Margaret Thompson and seconded by
Ron Berg to apurove the April 6, 1976 Park and Recreation Commis-
sion minutes. Motion carried.
Picnic in the Park Mark Geyer came before the Park and RecreatioA
Commission to get approval for a Bicentennial Celebration to take
place at Lake Ann Park. This Bicentennial celebration would consist
of such things as:
