sion made the following recommendation in the form of a motion
by Bob Fayf1eld, seconded by Conrad FislmeBs:
The Park and Recreation Commission recommends to the Councll
that a condItionai-uBe-l~r-be granted to LaVern Butler
for storing dirt and growing sod.

YXo Ryba 1s trying to match Lake Ann application step by step,
including mod1fications as suggested ~ BO that, efforts are
coordinated. Both m~e at sketch plan stage. A r~ubdlvls10n
plan waealso discussed. He would like to be able to present
his plane to engineers at the same time as the Lake Ann
Developers, and alao at the same Publlc Heexingo

expressed interest in having a play BrE:B. developed, recogniz-
ing that it c~~not come out of the 5 acre parcel owned by
Mr~ Rybao It was aloo rec9gnlzed that if the strip of land
in the draw 19 dedicated, this would fuln_ll the request made
of the developeru

the flOOdplain corridor. Addittonally, the extreme slopes
would appear to leave the area exposed to severe erosion.
