Dear Ms. Al-laff:
This letter is to request that you delay scheduling Planning Case #2005-35 until further
notice. I understand that I must meet Planning Commission and City Council application
deadline for resubmittal.
I also understand that the city has a 60 day review deadline from the original submittal
(September 30, 2005). This letter is to formally notify you that I will waive the 120 day
deadline.
