For One Dollar and other good and sufficient consideration, in hand received, TIMOTHY
A. ERHART and DAWNE M. ERHART, husband and wife, who hold a Mortgage, Security
Agreement and Fixture Financing Statement dated February 4, 2021, recorded June 4, 2021, as
Document No. A726349, executed by Black Cherry Development LLC, a Minnesota limited liability
company, on the property legally described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof
and a Second Mortgage, Security Agreement and Fixture Financing Statement dated January 3, 2022,
recorded February 16, 2022, as Document No. A742234, executed by Black Cherry Development
LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company, on the property legally described on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and made a part hereof, hereby consents to the platting of land in Carver County to
be known as ERHART FARM. This consent is irrevocable and TIMOTHY A. ERHART and
DAWNE M. ERHART, husband and wife agree to cooperate in the signing and filing of any and
all documents which may be necessary for the filing of a plat with respect to this property.
