TERNIINATION OF ACCESS EASEMENT
's Termination of Ingress and Egress Easement entered into this day of
20225 by TIMOTHY A. ERHART and DAWNE M. ERHART,
husband and wife ("Erhart").
WI-�REAS, by Temporary Access Easement, filed October 27, 1995 in the Office
of the County Recorder of Carver County, Minnesota, as Document No. 186881 (the
"Access Easement"), Erhart granted to Michael J. Henderson and Mary Pat Henderson a
non-exclusive temporary easement for access purposes to Lot 1, Block 1, BUTTERNUT
RIDGE ADDITION, Carver County, Minnesota (the "Benefitted Parcel") over a certain
portion of real property in Carver County owned by Erhart (as described in the Access
Easement);
WHEREAS, in addition to still owning the real properly burdened by the Access
Easement, Erhart has acquired and is the fee owner of the Benefitted Parcels
WHEREAS, Erhart desires to terminate the Access Easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, Erhart hereby terminates and rescinds the Access Easement
in its entirety and such easement shall be null and void and of no effect.
