NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 07-08
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, March 20, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for a hard
surface coverage variance from the maximum 20% hard surface coverage restriction in order to
keep areas of existing driveway that were to be removed contingent upon approval of a building
permit for a garage on property located at 731 West 96th Street. Applicant: Gary & Mary
Bendzick.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City's web
site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/serv/planl07-08.html or at City Hall during regular business
hours. All interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions
with respect to this proposal.
