recommendations, the proposal for the Bluff Creek ordinance. Commissioners wondered the
status of the ordinance and Ms. Sinclair said she didn’t know, but would find out and update the
commission. The commission was also told about the city’s grant application to the Minnehaha
Watershed District and that Phil Elkin would like their support at the public hearings that will be
held by the district. The hearings will be done to review the tax levy that will be implemented if
the grant is approved. Phil will know more about the hearings in August and will update the
commission then. Copies of the management plan were distributed to those that wanted to
review them.
