March 12, 2001t the duly qualified and acting Deputy Clerk of the City of Chanhassen,
Minnesota; that on said date she caused to be mailed a copy of the attached notice of
Cancellation of Public Hearing for the Bendzick Variance - Planning Case 07-08 to the
persons named on attached Exhibit "A", by enclosing a copy of said notice in an envelope
addressed to such owner, and depositing the envelopes addressed to all such owners in the United
States mail with postage fully prepaid thereon; that the names and addresses of such owners were
those appearing as such by the records of the County Treasurer, Carver County, Minnesota, and
by other appropriate records.

On March 8, 2007, the City of Chanhassen mailed a public hearing notice to you regarding the
following proposal:
. Request for a hard surface coverage variance from the maximum 20% hard surface coverage
restriction in order to keep areas of existing driveway that were to be removed contingent upon
approval of a building permit for a garage. The property is located at 731 West 96th Street. Applicant:

The applicant has WITHDRAWN his application. As a result, the public hearing has been
CANCELLED and WILL NOT be held at the March 20, 2007 Planning Commission meeting as
originally scheduled.
