To The City Council
I would like to apply for an extension to the above mentioned property for extending my variances to
build on this site.
The processed has been delayed due to a poor decision I made and my contractor retiring. This
has caused the process to begin all over again.
My new goal would be to break ground no later than September, 2023.
So I ‘m asking if the City Council would allow me to extend my variances to the end of September,
2023.
If you need anything else from me to make this happen, please let me know.
