NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 07-09
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, May 1, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for subdivision
of property located south of Fox Hill Drive, east of Carver Beach Road, north of Big Woods Drive,
and west of Lotus Lake with Variances – LOTUS WOODS. The site is zoned Residential Single
Family. Applicant: Paul Eidsness.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City’s web site
at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/serv/plan/07-09.html or at City Hall during regular business hours. All
interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to
this proposal.
