The construction costs associated with The Preserve at Bluff Creek 2nd Addition
project totals $751,000. The breakdown is as follows:
Sanitary Sewer
Water Main
Storm Sewer
Streets
Streetlights & Signs

Grading activities for the remaining portion of the site will amount to approximately
$445,000 while Erosion and Sediment Control measures amount to approximately
$50,000. Retaining walls are not included in these estimates.
Separately, the approximate costs associated with Engineering, Surveying, &
Inspection to do the above work is $115,000. Please note that these costs do not
include any trunk water main work occurring along Lyman Blvd.
