There will be an Open House on March 15th to discuss Xcel Energy's plans to construct a Service
Center at 1891 Aricoretum Blvd, Chanhassen. This is an opportunity for residents to leam about the
project and ask questions prior to the Public Hearing occuning at the March 21s City of Chanhassen
Planning Commission Meeting.
Proiect Descriotion:. Xcel Energy SeMce Center facility, approximately 100,000 square feet in size to serve
Xcel Energy electric distribution operations lield crews for the SW Metro Area.o Site will include office, warehouse, vehicle and equipment storage, and material storage.. Facility will serve only Xcel Energy employees and will not be open to the public.
Representatives from Xcel Energy and project consultants, HCM Architects and Loucks, will be
present at the meeting to answer questions.
