BE IT RESOLVED By the Rousing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the
City of Chanhassen, Minnesota as follows:

The document entitled "City of Chanhassen .Amended Redevelopment and Tax
Increment Financing Plan, Modification No. ?" dated March 1987 is hereby
approved and substituted for that document of similar title bearing the
date February 1987.
All findings and conclusions contained in Resolution No.87-03adopted by
the Authority on February 19, 1987, are hereby reaffirmed.
Adopted by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of
Chanhassen, Minnesota this 19thday of March , 1987.

RESOLUTION OF CHANHASSEN HRA
APPROVING EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH BLOOMBERG COMPANIES INCORPORATED
(March 19, 1987 Meeting)
RESOLVED, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority does hereby approve,
ratify, and confirm that certain "Easement Agreement" with Bloomberg Companies
Incorporated, a Minnesota corporation, providing for an easement across that
part of Lot 1, Block 1, Chanhassen Mall, lying within 40 feet of the centerline
of County State Aid Highway No. 16, all as prepared and set out in said proposed
"Easement Agreement", and the appropriate officers of the Housing and Redevelop-
ment Authority in and for the City of Chanhassen are hereby authorized to mutually
execute and deliver said Easement Agreement.

HRA RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION SCHEDULING PUBLIC HEARING
ON THE SALE OF LAND
WHEREAS, the Authority has heretofore authorized the execution of that
certain document entitled "Contract for Private Redevelopment" (AEreement);
and
WHEREAS, the A~reement provides, that the Authority viii sell to the
Redeveloper certain lands described in the Agreement and in Exhibit A hereto;
and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, Section 462.525 requires that an agreement
to sell land, may only be entered into following a public hearin$ and
published notice of such hearing.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority
in and for the City of Chanhassen as follows:
1. The Authority shall hold a public hearing at its macring on April
16, 1987, to consider approval of an option agreement providing for
the sale of land described in Exhibit A; and to authorize the 8ale
of such land in accordance with and pursuant to such option agree-
ment.
2. The Executive Director is authorized and directed to publish notice
of the public hearing in the manner required by law.

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
THE SALE OF LAND
WHEREAS, the Authority has by previous action authorized the execution of
that certain document entitled "Contract for Private Development" (Agreement);
and
WHEREAS, the Agreement provides for the sale of certain lands owned or to
be acquired by the Authority; and
WHEREAS, the lands described by the Agreement lie within the geographic
boundaries of the Chanhassen Downtown Redevelopment District (Project Area);
and
WHEREAS, the purchaser of the land described in the Agreement has pro-
posed to redevelop such lands in a manner which is consistent and in accor-
dance with the redevelopment plan (Plan) for the Project Area; and
WHEREAS, the Authority has considered the fair market value of the lands
proposed to be sold pursuant to the Agreement for redevelopment in 'accordance
with the Plan; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to published notice, the Authority did on April 16, ~
1987, conduct a public hearing on the proposed sale of the lands described in
the Agreement, the legal description of such lands being attached hereto as
Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the Authority believes that such sale is in furtherance of the
Agreement and of the objectives for which redevelopment is being undertaken
and promoted within the Project Area, and in the vital best interests of the
City of Chanhassen.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing 'and Redevelopment Authority
in and for the City of Chanhassen as follovs:
