PLANNING CASE NO. 07-08
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that
the Chanhassen Planning
Commission will hold a public
hearing on Tuesday, March 20, 2007,
at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers
in Chanhassen City Hall, 7700 Market
Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is
to consider a request for a hard
surface coverage variance from the
maximum 20 % hard surface coverage
restriction in order to keep areas of
existing driveway that were to be
removed contingent upon approval
of a building permit for a garage on
property located at 731 West 96th
Street. Applicant: Gary & Mary
