NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 07-11
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, May 15, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for Site Plan
Approval for a 48,000 square-foot office/warehouse building (Outset) and a Sign Variance on
property zoned Planned Unit Development (PUD) located at 2460 Galpin Court. Applicant: Eden
Trace Corporation.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City's web
site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/serv/plan/07-11.html or at City Hall during regular business
hours. All interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions
with respect to this proposal.
