foregoing Stormwater Maintenance Agreernent:

Carver County Recorder as Document No. 4747945;
(ii) CorrectiveMortgagedatedJune 10,2022 andrecordedJuly 19,2022withtheoffice
of the Caruer County Recorder as Document No. 4749417; and
(iiD Second Mortgage dated January 6,2023 and recorded January 9,2023 with the office
of the Carver County Recorder as Document No. 4756359,
for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,
does herebyjoin in, consents to, and is subject to the foregoing Stormwater Maintenance Agreement.

recorded July 19, 2022 with the office of the Carver County recorder as Document A749417 and Second
Mortgage date January 6, 2023 and recorded January 9, 2023 with the office of the Carver County
Recorder as Document A756359 hereby consents to filing ofthat certain subdivision, described as
follows:
