Avienda Rowhomes - Stormwater Management Modifications Since Master Development
Approvals
The original stormwater management system envisioned infiltration based on the requirements of the Riley Purgatory Bluff Creek
Watershed District. After Phase 1 grading, additional site infiltration testing was conducted which determined that infiltration
would not work. Our Phase 2 (Avienda Townhomes) submittal included revised stormwater management using stormwater
reuse through irrigation. Avienda Rowhomes will use the same solution. Refer to the Stormwater Management Plan for additional
information.
