Please find our additional information for the Avienda Rowhomes Preliminary Plat, Final Plat, and Site Plan review
electronically enclosed. Included items comprise the following:
Preliminary Plat
• Geotechnical Report dated 4/12/2017 – Updated geotechnioc al report to be submitted at a later date.
• Existing Conditions – Updated utility information has been provided on the plans . The site is currently
under constr uction so the data which was able to be obtained, has been provided.
• Traffic Impact Study – Is in progress , but we have supplied a memorandum with additional information pertaining to the previous PUD’s condition addressing pedestrian circulation, emergency access, and
maintenance.
• Hydraulic and Hydrologic model (electronic), various dates
• Water quality models (electronic), various dates
• Narrative description of changes to stormwater management plan, dated 4/18/2023
Final Plat
• Sanitary Sewer capacity calculations, dated 5/24/2023
• Engineer’s estim ate for cost of improvements
