The variance apploval is subject to the following conditions: A building perrnit must be obtained prior to demolishing any structures on tlre site and before beginning any construction on the site . Building plans must provide sufficient infonnation to verifu that proposed building meets all requirement.s of the Minnesota State Building Code, additional comments or requirements may be required after plan review.
