NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 07-12
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, June 5, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
Variance
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for a

for a canopy sign on property zoned PUD located at 2960 West 82 Street. Applicant: Holiday
Stationstore.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City’s web site
at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/serv/plan/07-12.html or at City Hall during regular business hours. All
interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to
this proposal.
