City Council approval requires a majority vote of City Council present. PROPOSAL SUMMARY The applicant, Ron Clark Construction and Design, is requesting plat approval for Lakeside Fifth Addition, re -platting Lots 1 — 6, Block 2, and Outlot B, Lakeside Fourth Addition to adjust the lot lines to accommodate the shift in the housing. The proposed subdivision complies with the requirements of the Lakeside PUD regulations. Staff is recommending approval of the final plat for Lakeside Fifth Addition and approval of the amendment to the Development Contract. On July 12, 2010, the Chanhassen City Council approved the amended final plat for Lakeside Fourth Addition. On May 24, 2010, the Chanhassen City Council approved the final plat for Lakeside Fourth Addition with a variance to permit a 20-foot wide private street to access Block 3. On April 12, 2010, the Chanhassen City Council approved the following: • The ordinance amending the PUD Design Standards for Lakeside. • The preliminary plat for Lakeside Fourth Addition. • Site Plan #10-06 for a 22-unit twin -home project in the Lakeside development. All improvements, except for the actual building construction, have been completed as part of the Fourth Addition.
