Sienna Corporation is pleased to present to the City of Chanhassen the redevelopment plans for the Lakeview
Hills apartment site. Sienna's proposal is a mixed use residential community featuring three different
builders, each constructing high quality attractive residential homes. Landscaping and community amenities
are a very important ingredient to the theme and emphasis of the community. Given the great attributes of
the site, the opportunity to create a showcase of residential architecture and attractive landscape features is a
major objective for Sienna and the builders of the community. The individual home styles created in the
development will create a neighborhood of a variety of housing types each complementary to the other. A
community clubhouse, pool, trails and recreation beach lot provide for safe and attractive gathering places for
the Lakeside residents and their guests. Each of these components will combine to create a very attractive and
livable housing community.
