PLANNING CASE FILE NO.05-12
WHEREAS, the City of Chanhassen is requesting to vacate all drainage and utility
easements within the underlying parcels of the Gateway East Second Addition; and
WHEREAS, the existing public drainage and utility easements were granted to the City as
part of the Gateway East plat in 2001; and
WHEREAS, the Gateway East Second Addition plat was preliminarily approved by the
City Council on April 25, 2005.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Chanhassen City Council hereby
approves vacating the existing public drainage and utility easements as defined on the attached
vacation description.
