Streets
1. Maintain 20 feet of length perpendicular to the valley gutter of proposed
street.
Utility
1. Show the location of curb stops and sanitary sewer services with
elevations of both.
2. Verify the storm elevation for the connection to the existing storm sewer.
3. Show the profile of the storm sewer.
Miscellaneous
1. Provide three (3) copies of the specifications with the final plat.
2. The side yard setback of Lot 3, Block 1 is 20 feet.
3. Conditions from the preliminary plat approval.
Therefore, your application is incomplete and we will notbe able to review it
until these items have been submitted. As such, the 60-day deadline to process an
application will not begin until we have received all of the necessary information
to review the application. If the missing data is submitted by May 25, 2007, the
staff will be able to schedule your item for the June 25, 2007 meeting.
