NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that the Chanhassen Planning
Commission will hold a public
hearing on Tuesday, May 15, 2007,
at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers
in Chanhassen City Hall, 7700
Market Blvd. The purpose of this
hearing is to consider a request for
subdivision of property located
south of Fox Hill Drive, east of
Carver Beach Road, north of Big
Woods Drive, and west of Lotus
Lake with Variances - LOTUS
WOODS. The site is zoned
Residential Single Family.
Applicant: Paul Eidsness.

the proposal is available for public

express their opinions with respect
