the Chanhassen Planning Com-
mission will hold a public hearing
on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at 6:00
p.m. in the Council Chambers in
Chanhassen City Hall, 7700 Market
Blvd. The purpose of this hearing
is to consider a iequest for a mi-
nor ordinance amendrn€nt to the
PUD for the Chapanal, Chapanal
2dAddition and Chaparral 3d Ad-
dition, to decEase the d6ck size to
a maximum of I 0 feet by 12 feet for
duplexes. Applicant: Loren Jenson,
