Re: Lake Riley Woods 4th Addition - Planning Case 07-14
Dear Mr. Taylor:
This letter is to confirm that on July 9,2007, the Chanhassen City Council
approved a six-outlot subdivision (preliminary and final plat), plans prepared by
SRF Consulting Group, Inc., dated 5/24/07, subject to the following conditions:
1. Outlots A and E should be deeded to the City or entirely encumbered by
drainage and utility easements granted to the City in order to accommodate
future stormwater improvements. At a minimum, all property below the 914
contour should be reserved for future stormwater improvements.
2. Provide the City with a set of as-built drawings of the road.
3. An access easement from Pioneer Circle across Outlot E shall be granted to
the benefit of Outlot F.
Two signed mylar copies of the final plat shall be submitted to our office for
signatures. Two 1"=200' scale mylar reductions of the final plat and one 1"=200'
scale mylar reductions of the final plat with just street names and lot and block
numbers shall also be submitted. In addition, a digital copy in .dxf format and a
digital copy in .tif format (pdf compatible) of the final plat shall be submitted.
You will also need to submit an access easement to be recorded.
The City will submit all the necessary documents to Carver County for recording
of the subdivision. If you have any questions or need additional information,
