the Chanhassen Planning Com-
mission will hold a public hearing
on Tuesday, Septemb€r 3, 2024,

hearing is to consider a request for
a side yard sotback variance for the
expansion of a deck at 510 Pleas-
ant View Road, zoned Shoreland
Overlay District. Property Owner/
