ket Blvd. The purpose of this hear-
ing is to consider a request to ad-
just some property lines within the
Avienda Townhomes Plat through a
revised Preliminary Plat, Final Plat,
and Site Plan. The townhomes
proiect is proposed to be r€plat-
ted so that individual lots would be

adhercs with mechanical building
code. No other changes are pro-
