the Chanhassen Planning Commis-
sion will hold a public hearing on
Tuesday, September 17,2024, at
6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers
in Chanhassen City Hall, 77OO Mar
ket Blvd. The purpose of this hear-
ing is to consider a request for a
CUP and Site Plan Review expand-
ing Hope House to serve up to six-
teen youth on the property located
at 3010 W 78th Street, zoned Rural
Residential (RR). Property Owner:
Wbstwood Community Church, Ap-
plicant: Open Hands Foundation.

request are available lor public
review on the city's website

Hall during regular business hours.
All interested persons are invited
to attend this public hearing and

to this proposal.
