AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CHAPARRAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 658
The purpose of these Code amendments are as follows:
Amend Section C, Lot Requirements and Setbacks regarding decks within the Chaparral Planned
Unit Development Residential.
This ordinance shall go into effect upon passage of the ordinance by City Council.
A printed copy of Ordinance No. XXX is available for inspection by any person during
regular office hours at the office of the City Manager/Clerk.

2024, by the City Council of the City of Chanhassen.
