grants the following variance:
The Chanhassen Board ofAppeals and Adjustments approves the variance request for a
side yard setback encroachment for the construction of a deck.
2. Propertv. The variance is for a property situated in the City ofChanhassen. Carver County,
Minnesota, and legally described in Exhibit A.
3. Conditions. The r.ariance approval is subject h the folbwing conditions:
L A building permit must be obtained prior to any construction on site.
4. Lapse. If within one (1) year ofthe issuance ofthis variance the allowed construction has not
heen substantially completed, this variance shall lapsc.
