AFFIDAVIT
Be it known by all persons that the City of Chanhassen, Carver and Hennepin Counties, Minnesota states as follows:
The City certifies that the following property, as described, to add a parcel to an abutting parcel is not a subdivision and is exempt from platting:
Attached Exhibit A.
Further conveyance of said property must be approved by the City of Chanhassen Community Development Department.
Hereafter, interior lot lines within the above-described property shall be disregarded in applying setbacks and other zoning ordinance standards. Additionally, the lot may not be subdivided
without complying with the city’s subdivision ordinance.
