In this case, thebuilding sign is being proposed as an aluminum frame with a fabric overlay. We believe these are of a highquality look and standard that we are working towards as we continue to invest and elevate the property.the building signage material from fabric to aluminum to improve durability, maintain a high-qualityappearance, and ensure consistency with the building's design.The proposed aluminum signage would measure 105 inches tall, 136 1/2 inches wide, and 36 inches deep asoutlined in the attached building sign package from the sign vendor.
